The management of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) has officially released the Provisional Admission List for the 2025/2026 academic session.
All candidates who took part in the AAUA Admission Screening Exercise can now confirm their admission status on the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) platform.
How to Check AAUA Admission Status on JAMB CAPS
Follow the steps below carefully to confirm your admission status:
- Go to https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng
- Log in using your registered email address and password.
- Select “Check Admission Status.”
- Click on “Access my CAPS.”
- Choose “Admission Status.”
If you have been offered admission, your passport photograph will appear on the screen with a congratulatory message. If you have not yet been offered admission, you will see the message “Sorry, No Admission Has Been Given Yet.”
How to Accept or Reject Your Admission on JAMB CAPS
Once you have been offered admission, you are required to either accept or reject the offer within four (4) weeks.
Method 1: Via SMS
Send ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number linked to your JAMB profile.
Method 2: Through a JAMB Accredited Centre
If you no longer have access to your registered phone number, visit any JAMB-accredited centre to accept or reject your admission manually.
After Accepting Your Admission
Candidates who have successfully accepted their admission are advised to:
- Print their JAMB Admission Letter immediately.
- Keep it safe, as it will be required during clearance and registration at the university.
- Monitor the university’s official website for information on the registration schedule, school fees, and resumption date.
Note for Mobile Users
If you are checking your admission status on a mobile phone, you may not see the full CAPS options.
To view the complete page:
- Use the Google Chrome browser.
- Tap the menu icon (three dots) at the top right.
- Select “Request Desktop Site.”
This allows you to view the complete Admission Status page.
